Privacy Policy
What this website handles, why it is used, and how to contact us about your information.
At a glance
This policy covers interviewyoda.com and enquiries sent to its contact address. The Site is a public company website. It has no accounts, checkout, payment forms, advertising, or embedded analytics. Its fonts and artwork are served from the Site.
Our hosting and security providers may process technical connection data. If you email us, we receive the information you choose to send. The sections below explain those uses and your choices.
Each linked platform has its own privacy and data-handling policies, Terms & Conditions, and any additional service terms. This policy does not describe the accounts, payments, learning activity, AI features, cookies, or other processing on those platforms.
Who is responsible
interviewYoda Private Limited (“InterviewYoda”, “we”, “us”, “our”) operates this Site from Bengaluru, Karnataka, India and is responsible for the personal data processing described in this policy. Contact hello@interviewyoda.com for a privacy question or request.
For another platform, consult the operator and privacy contact identified on that platform. Shared branding does not replace that information or remove responsibilities that applicable law assigns to an operator.
Information handled by this Site
Technical and security information
Delivering and protecting the Site may involve an IP address, request time, requested URL, browser or device information, referrer information, and security or error events. Our web host and delivery/security providers may record or process this information to serve pages, diagnose faults, prevent abuse, and meet legal requirements.
Messages you send
If you email us, we receive your email address, any name you provide, your message and attachments, and associated email metadata. We use this information to respond, discuss a proposed contribution or collaboration, handle a request, and retain a necessary record of the correspondence.
Please send only what is relevant. Do not send passwords, payment credentials, identity documents, sensitive personal information, or confidential material belonging to others unless specifically requested through an appropriate channel.
What the page itself does
The page does not request your camera, microphone, location, contact list, or account details. The decorative artwork reacts to pointer movement locally in your browser; the site code does not transmit or store those movements. The Site has no AI chat, upload, or automated decision-making feature.
Purposes and legal grounds
We handle the information described above to operate and secure the Site, answer communications, administer genuine enquiries, handle rights requests, establish or defend legal claims, and comply with applicable obligations.
The legal ground depends on the activity and the law that applies. It may include your consent, processing information you voluntarily provide for a specified enquiry where the law permits that use, steps you request before an agreement, compliance with a legal duty, or a permitted legitimate interest in secure website operation.
Where consent is required, it must be validly obtained for the relevant purpose. Accepting website terms or simply reading this privacy notice is not consent to unrelated processing, advertising, or optional tracking. You may withdraw consent for consent-based processing through the contact below, without affecting earlier lawful processing.
Cookies and browser storage
The Site’s own code sets no cookies and uses no localStorage or sessionStorage to identify visitors or remember choices. It does not include advertising pixels, social-media embeds, analytics trackers, or third-party font loaders. Browser caching of ordinary page assets is separate from tracking.
Delivery and security services may use necessary cookies or similar information when their security features are active. For example, Cloudflare describes cookies for bot detection and security challenges that can contain identifiers or security-related information. Those provider features can vary with the deployed configuration.
See Cloudflare’s cookie information for its current descriptions. Blocking necessary security cookies may affect access. Optional tracking, if introduced, would need a separate assessment, an updated notice, and consent where required.
Recipients and disclosure
Information may be accessed by people authorised to handle the relevant enquiry and by service providers supporting hosting, content delivery, security, or email. A provider may also process some technical information for its own security or legal purposes under its policy and applicable law.
We do not sell or rent personal data from this Site, share it for cross-context behavioural advertising, or automatically subscribe you to marketing by visiting or contacting us.
We may disclose information where required by law, a valid legal process, or a lawful request from a competent authority, or where necessary and legally permitted to investigate abuse or protect rights and safety. Any transfer connected with a genuine business reorganisation must remain subject to applicable privacy protections and notice requirements.

Review the relevant policies before registering, purchasing, or sharing information there. This parent-site policy does not substitute for them or authorise new cross-platform data sharing.
The Site does not pass an account, email address, or learner profile to a platform when you click a link. As with any website visit, the destination can receive technical connection information, and your browser may send referrer information according to its settings and the applicable referrer policy.
International processing
Hosting, delivery, security, and email services may process information in India or in other countries where they operate. A particular origin-server location does not mean that all logs, email, backups, or security-cookie data stay in that country. For example, Cloudflare states that cookie information may be processed in the United States by default, depending on its service configuration.
Where applicable law requires safeguards or limits international transfers, those requirements must be observed. Contact us for information relevant to a particular request. Visiting the Site is not treated as blanket consent to every international transfer.
Retention
Retention depends on the purpose, the information involved, service-provider settings, and any applicable recordkeeping obligation. We do not promise a universal deletion period for information processed by different providers.
- Technical and security information: retained for site operation, fault investigation, security, and any mandatory logging or legal requirement.
- Correspondence: retained for the enquiry or relationship and a proportionate record afterwards, including where needed to resolve a dispute or meet a legal duty.
- Rights requests: retained as necessary to handle and document the response.
Information should be deleted or anonymised when it is no longer needed for those purposes, subject to lawful retention, preservation orders, and backup cycles. A deletion request does not require destruction of records that must legally be retained.
Your choices and rights
Depending on which law applies and which provisions are in force, you may have rights to access information about processing, obtain a copy, correct or erase data, withdraw consent, object to or restrict processing, obtain portability, raise a grievance, nominate a representative, or complain to a competent authority. These rights are subject to their applicable conditions and exceptions.
India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and Rules, 2025 have phased commencement dates. This notice does not represent that every provision is already in force or that every visitor is covered by the same legal regime.
To make a request or raise a privacy grievance, email hello@interviewyoda.com with the subject “Privacy request” and enough information to identify your interaction with this Site. We may need proportionate verification to protect your information. We will handle the request within the period required by applicable law and explain any lawful limitation.
For a learner account or transaction on another platform, use its published privacy contact. You do not waive a right to approach a regulator or court by contacting us first.
Children
This corporate Site is intended for adults and does not offer child accounts or ask children to submit information. Please do not send personal data about a child through an unsolicited enquiry. If you believe we have received a child’s information, contact hello@interviewyoda.com so we can assess it and take appropriate action, including deletion where required or appropriate. Linked platforms set out their own age requirements and safeguards.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures appropriate to the information and activity involved. No website, email service, transmission, or storage method can be guaranteed secure. If an incident occurs, applicable investigation, mitigation, and notification duties still apply; this statement does not waive those duties.
Changes to this notice
The effective date and version appear above. We will identify material changes on this page and provide additional notice or seek consent where required. Updating this policy does not itself authorise a new incompatible use of previously collected data.
12 October 2026: clarified separate platform policies, technical information, provider cookies, retention, international processing, and rights under applicable law.
