Terms & Conditions
The terms for this company website, the limits of its information, and where to find each platform’s own policies.
About these terms
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to interviewyoda.com (the “Site”), the public company website operated by interviewYoda Private Limited (“InterviewYoda”, “we”, “us”, “our”). The Site introduces our purpose and family of learning platforms. It does not provide accounts, course enrolment, paid services, payments, or recruitment services.
Questions about this Site or these Terms should be sent to hello@interviewyoda.com. interviewYoda Private Limited operates from Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
Using this website
Please read these Terms before using the Site. By using it after being given reasonable notice of these Terms, you agree to them to the extent a valid agreement is formed under applicable law. If you do not agree, please discontinue use. Nothing here treats silence as consent where the law requires an affirmative action.
You must have the legal capacity required to enter into an agreement. If you act for an organisation, you must be authorised to bind it. The Site is intended for an adult audience.
Our Privacy Policy explains how personal data is handled. It is a notice, not a waiver of your rights or consent to optional data processing.
Each platform has its own policies
These Terms cover this parent website only. Each linked platform has its own Terms & Conditions, any additional service terms, and its own privacy and data-handling policies.
Additional terms may cover accounts, courses, subscriptions, purchases, payments, cancellations, refunds, community features, and acceptable use. Read the policies and disclosures on the relevant platform before using a service, creating an account, paying, or providing personal data.

The operator identified by the relevant platform or service agreement is the contracting party for that service. Its applicable terms govern that relationship. These Terms do not replace those terms, create a platform subscription, amend a purchase, or extend a refund or support commitment.
Shared branding or a link does not itself create a guarantee of another service’s performance. This distinction does not remove any responsibility imposed on us by law or by an agreement to which we are a party.
Information and outcomes
Site content is general information about our work and ambitions, not individual career, employment, legal, financial, or other professional advice. Platform descriptions can change; check the relevant platform for current features, availability, fees, and terms before making a decision.
We do not guarantee an interview, employment, admission, income, promotion, certification, or any particular learning outcome. Statements about our mission, access to education, community, or future plans express our aims; they are not promises of universal free access, a particular launch, or permanent availability.
Nothing in this section overrides an express contractual commitment or a representation or right that applicable law protects.
Permitted use
You may view the Site for lawful personal or internal business information and share links to it. You must not:
- use the Site unlawfully, impersonate another person, or misrepresent an affiliation;
- introduce malicious code, overload the Site, bypass security controls, or access systems without authorisation;
- copy or commercially exploit protected content without permission, except as permitted by law or an applicable licence;
- use automated tools in a way that disrupts the Site, circumvents restrictions, or infringes rights. Ordinary search-engine indexing and lawful accessibility tools are not prohibited by this provision.
Intellectual property
The Site’s original text, design, artwork, software, and branding are owned by interviewYoda Private Limited or the relevant rights holders. Third-party names and marks belong to their owners. Open-source components and licensed material remain subject to their applicable licences.
Access grants no ownership or implied licence beyond the permitted use above. You may not suggest our sponsorship or endorsement without written permission. Copyright exceptions, fair dealing, and other rights provided by law are preserved.
Contact and contributions
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to send information to us. Please do not send passwords, payment details, private employer or customer material, or other confidential information through an unsolicited email.
An enquiry, suggestion, or discussion does not by itself establish a partnership, employment, advisory, confidentiality, or other service relationship. Any such commitment requires a separate agreement. Personal data in messages is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
Availability and external links
We may maintain, update, restrict, suspend, or discontinue this free Site, including for security, legal, or operational reasons. We do not promise continuous availability or an ongoing obligation to update every statement, subject to any duty imposed by law.
External sites may have different content, security, availability, and policies. A link does not, on its own, endorse every statement on that site. Review its terms before relying on its services. Our platform-specific responsibilities remain as described above and as required by law.
Warranties
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the free Site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without express or implied warranties about accuracy, completeness, uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or freedom from harmful components.
These disclaimers do not exclude any warranty, standard of care, or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded. They do not change the warranties, if any, attached to a separately purchased platform service.
Limits of liability
Subject to the rights preserved below, and only to the extent permitted by applicable law, interviewYoda Private Limited and its personnel are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of, or inability to use, this Site, including resulting loss of profits, business opportunity, or goodwill.
Where an aggregate financial limit is legally enforceable, our total liability for claims arising solely from this free corporate Site is limited to ₹1,000 (one thousand Indian rupees). This limit does not govern a claim under a separate platform purchase or service agreement.
Your mandatory rights remain. Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any non-waivable consumer, data-protection, or other statutory right. If a limitation is not permitted in your circumstances, it does not apply to that extent.
Responsibility for business misuse
If you use the Site for a trade or business, and to the extent permitted by law, you agree to reimburse reasonable losses and legal costs arising from third-party claims directly caused by your unlawful use, infringement of another person’s rights, or deliberate material breach of these Terms.
This obligation does not apply to losses caused by our own unlawful conduct or fault, or where it would unfairly restrict a protected consumer right. We must give reasonable notice of a claim, take reasonable steps to limit the loss, and obtain your consent before a settlement imposes an admission or non-monetary obligation on you.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms prospectively. The version and effective date are shown at the top of this page. Material changes will be identified here, with additional notice or a request for acceptance where the law requires it. An update does not retroactively remove accrued rights or alter a separate agreement.
12 October 2026: clarified the scope of this corporate Site, the separate policies of linked platforms, permitted use, and liability provisions subject to mandatory law.
Governing law and remedies
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. To the extent a choice of forum is legally effective, courts with competent jurisdiction in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India will hear disputes concerning these Terms or this Site.
This does not prevent you from using a consumer forum, regulator, or court available to you under mandatory law, or from relying on protections that cannot be displaced by a choice of law. No shortened claim deadline, mandatory arbitration, or class-action waiver is imposed by these Terms.
If a provision is unenforceable, it is ineffective only to that extent; the remaining provisions continue where legally possible. A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver of it.
